SALATIO VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law in a user's or Vendor's jurisdiction provides rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted by these Terms.
By accessing, creating a Vendor Account, claiming or managing a Business Profile, submitting information, or using Salatio in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
1. Overview of the Platform
Salatio is a Muslim-focused discovery, directory, and information platform that helps users discover businesses, services, nonprofit and community organizations, mosques, prayer spaces, events, and other relevant resources. Vendors may claim and manage one or more Business Profiles, provide business or organization information, respond to reviews, and use available dashboard features.
Salatio also allows Users and Vendors to submit certain information, content, reviews, responses, and other materials that may appear publicly within the App.
Salatio is a discovery, directory, and information platform only. Salatio does not own, operate, control, or provide the products or services offered by Businesses listed on the Platform. Salatio is not a restaurant, food provider, professional service provider, nonprofit organization, religious authority, halal certifying body, mosque authority, travel provider, navigation provider, or payment processor.
Salatio brings together information from different sources, including vendor-submitted information, user-submitted information, publicly available data, third-party data providers, and internal platform review processes.
Salatio currently provides listings and services in the United States and Canada and may expand or modify geographic availability over time.
Vendors are responsible for complying with applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations that apply to their Business and use of the Platform.
Definitions

“Business Profile” means the individual listing associated with a Business on the Platform.
“Vendor” means a person or entity authorized to claim, create, or manage one or more Business Profiles through a Vendor Account.
“Vendor Account” means the account through which a Vendor may claim, create, access, or manage one or more Business Profiles.
2. Eligibility
To use Salatio as a Vendor:
Vendors must be at least 18 years old.
Vendors must have authority to represent each Business they claim, register, or manage through their Vendor Account.
You must comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
Salatio may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the App if we believe these requirements are not met.
3. Vendor Accounts
A Vendor Account may claim, create, or manage one or more eligible Business Profiles. Each Business Profile represents a separate business, organization, location, or other eligible entity on Salatio. Vendors must have authorization to claim or manage each Business Profile associated with their Vendor Account.
Salatio may provide a consolidated vendor dashboard that allows Vendors to view and manage multiple Business Profiles, including profile information, reviews, ratings, and other available features.
Vendors agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and current information for each Business Profile they manage.
Have authority to represent each Business Profile associated with their Vendor Account.
Keep profile information updated.
Ensure that photos, descriptions, products, services, menus, certifications, credentials, and other submitted information or claims are accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
Respond professionally to users and Salatio.
Comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
Vendor accounts may be reviewed, limited, suspended, or terminated if Salatio believes the Vendor has provided false information, violated these Terms, or created risk for users or the Platform.
4. Business Profiles and Public Information
Business Profiles may display information such as:
Business or organization name.
Category and subcategory.
Address, location, or service area.
Contact information.
Website and social media links.
Photos and descriptions.
Products or services.
Menus or cuisine information, where applicable.

Badges, labels, or other profile indicators.
Vendors understand that information submitted through the Vendor Dashboard or otherwise associated with a Business Profile may be publicly visible in the App.
Business address, location, or service-area information may be used to display a Business Profile and provide location-based features within the App. This information is separate from a Vendor's personal device location.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their information accurate and updated.
5. Business Information, Halal Information, and Vendor Representations
Depending on the type of Business, Salatio may ask Vendors to provide category-specific information. For food and dining businesses, this may include halal menu information, preparation methods, halal certifications, alcohol-related information, cuisine information, or other relevant details. Other Businesses may be asked to provide information about their services, products, amenities, ownership, certifications, service areas, or other characteristics relevant to their category.
Vendors agree that all information they provide must be accurate, truthful, current, and not misleading.
Salatio may display this information to users as vendor-provided information or other Platform-displayed information. Unless Salatio expressly states otherwise, Salatio does not independently verify, certify, guarantee, or endorse vendor-provided claims, including claims relating to halal status, menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, certifications, ownership, services, products, amenities, or business practices.
Any badge, label, profile indicator, certificate upload, or informational display on Salatio is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute religious certification, legal certification, professional certification, endorsement, guarantee, or promise of halal compliance or business quality.
Salatio may edit, remove, limit, or label information submitted by a Vendor or displayed on a Business Profile if we believe it may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, disputed, outdated, or inconsistent with Platform rules.
6. Alcohol and Platform Eligibility Policy
Salatio is a Muslim-focused discovery, directory, and information platform that maintains eligibility standards consistent with its Platform purpose. Salatio does not knowingly list, approve, display, promote, or allow Business Profiles for Businesses that directly sell, serve, distribute, or otherwise offer alcoholic beverages or alcoholic products such as but not limited to alcohol, beer, wine, alcoholic beverages, or other alcoholic products.
This policy applies to businesses identified through third-party data, search filters, user submissions, vendor registrations, claimed profiles, reports, public information, menus, photos, or other available information.
If Salatio determines that a Business violates this policy, Salatio may deny or remove the applicable Business Profile, reject the submission, remove related content, suspend or restrict the applicable Business Profile, or, where appropriate based on the circumstances, suspend or terminate the Vendor Account or take any other action Salatio considers appropriate.
This policy is based on Salatio’s platform purpose and business eligibility rules. It applies regardless of the business owner’s religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, ancestry, or background.
Salatio reserves the right to make the final decision regarding whether a business is eligible to appear on the Platform.
7. Business Profile Status, Badges, and Labels
Salatio may display certain profile indicators, badges, or labels to help users understand information provided by vendors or available through the Platform.
These may include, for example:
Prayer space available.
Hand-slaughtered zabiha.
Certificate uploaded.
Muslim-owned business.
Complete halal menu.
Other informational labels or amenities.
These badges or labels are informational only. Unless Salatio clearly states otherwise, they are based on vendor submissions, uploaded materials, user feedback, publicly available data, or other platform information.
Salatio does not guarantee that any badge, label, upload, or profile status is accurate, complete, current, or verified.
Salatio may add, remove, rename, modify, or revoke badges, labels, or profile indicators at any time.
8. Vendor Analytics
Vendors may have access to analytics only if analytics are included in their account type, subscription plan, or other feature access provided by Salatio. Free Vendor Accounts do not currently include analytics unless Salatio separately decides to offer limited analytics in the future.
Analytics are provided for informational purposes only. Salatio does not guarantee any number of views, clicks, customers, sales, leads, conversions, or business results.
Analytics may be provided on an individual Business Profile basis, across multiple Business Profiles associated with a Vendor Account, or both, depending on the features made available by Salatio.
Salatio may modify, limit, or discontinue analytics features at any time.
9. Vendor Reviews and Responses
Reviews and ratings are associated with the individual Business Profile to which they relate. Reviews or ratings for one Business Profile do not necessarily represent or apply to other Business Profiles managed by the same Vendor Account.
The vendor dashboard may allow Vendors to view and manage reviews and ratings for multiple Business Profiles from one account. Vendors may be able to respond to reviews associated with Business Profiles they are authorized to manage.
Vendors agree to:
Respond professionally and respectfully.
Avoid harassment, threats, retaliation, or intimidation.
Not pressure users to remove or change reviews.
Not post fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
Not offer improper incentives for positive reviews.
Salatio does not control user opinions and does not guarantee that reviews will be favorable, accurate, complete, or fair.
Salatio may remove vendor responses that violate these Terms.
10. Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments for Vendors
Vendor accounts and basic listing features are currently free of charge. Free vendor accounts do not currently include analytics unless Salatio separately decides to offer limited analytics in the future.
Salatio may introduce optional paid vendor features in the future. Paid features or subscriptions may apply to a Vendor Account, an individual Business Profile, multiple Business Profiles, or another level of access specified at the time of purchase. Paid vendor features may include analytics, profile promotion, sponsored placements, increased visibility, premium dashboard tools, or other vendor services.
If vendor subscriptions or paid features are introduced:
Vendors will receive notice before any charges apply.
Vendors will not be charged unless they explicitly choose to purchase or subscribe.
Subscription pricing, features, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
Payment information will be collected only if the vendor chooses to purchase or subscribe.
Vendor subscriptions may renew automatically only if disclosed before purchase and permitted by the applicable payment platform.
Vendors may cancel according to the cancellation method provided at the time of purchase.
Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes related to subscription payments.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
11. Vendor Prohibited Conduct
Vendors may not:
Sell alcohol, beer, wine, alcoholic beverages, or alcoholic products while seeking to be listed, displayed, promoted, registered, or maintained on Salatio.

Claim, create, or attempt to manage a Business Profile without authorization.

Profile suspension.
Account termination.

Analytics providers.
Push notification services.
Cloud hosting providers.
App store platforms.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, data practices, limitations, and availability.
Salatio is not responsible for third-party data, maps, routes, listings, app behavior, payment processing, outages, pricing, policies, or errors.
Some Business Profiles, location details, ratings, maps, or directions may include or rely on information from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, duplicated, or unavailable.
13. Location, Prayer Times, Mosque Discovery, and Navigation
Salatio may provide location-based features for users, including prayer time information, mosque discovery, route-related suggestions, nearby mosque recommendations, and nearby business recommendations.
Vendors do not need to share their personal device location to create, claim, or manage a Business Profile. Vendors may provide a Business address, location, or service area so that the applicable Business Profile can be displayed accurately within the App. Business location information is different from a Vendor's personal device location.
Navigation and map directions may be handled by third-party services such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, or other providers. Salatio does not control third-party navigation, route accuracy, road conditions, travel times, closures, safety conditions, or third-party app behavior.

Salatio reserves the right to make final moderation and eligibility decisions.
Salatio may use its Community Guidelines, internal moderation standards, and these Terms when reviewing reports and deciding what action to take.
15. Intellectual Property
All Salatio branding, logos, designs, text, software, features, workflows, databases, graphics, and other Platform materials belong to Salatio LLC or its licensors, except for user-generated or Vendor-generated content.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse Salatio content or software without written permission.
By submitting content to Salatio, you grant Salatio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and promoting the Platform.
The license granted to Salatio may continue after a Vendor Account is deleted or a Vendor is no longer associated with a Business to the extent reasonably necessary to maintain Business Profiles, reviews, ratings, historical listing information, Platform integrity, legal compliance, and the operation of Salatio.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you upload or provide.

Salatio may take enforcement action against an individual Business Profile, multiple Business Profiles, or the entire Vendor Account depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Removal or suspension of one Business Profile does not necessarily require removal or suspension of other Business Profiles managed through the same Vendor Account.
Vendors may request account deletion as described in the App or by contacting Salatio. A Vendor may request deletion of their Vendor Account as described in the App or by contacting Salatio. Deletion of a Vendor Account does not necessarily result in deletion of any Business Profile previously created, claimed, or managed through that account.

This allows Salatio to preserve the continuity and historical integrity of Business Profiles, including when a Business changes ownership or management. A new authorized owner or representative may be permitted to claim or manage an existing Business Profile in accordance with Salatio's applicable claiming and verification procedures.
Deletion of a Vendor Account does not affect Salatio's rights to content previously submitted to the Platform under these Terms. Personal information associated specifically with the deleted Vendor Account will be handled in accordance with Salatio's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Some information may be retained as required or permitted by law, for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
