Analytics may include:
searches performed
listings viewed

interaction trends across the platform
clicks, saves, or views related to listings or promotions
We may share anonymized and aggregated analytics with vendors to help them understand general engagement trends, such as:
profile views
search visibility
customer engagement trends
general audience activity
listing engagement
These analytics:
do not identify individual users
do not include personal contact information
are combined with broader usage data before being shared
are used to help vendors understand general platform engagement
Salatio does not sell user data, does not share individual user identities with vendors, and does not disclose personalized user activity to vendors.
Where required by law or platform rules, Salatio will provide applicable privacy choices, consent prompts, or opt-out mechanisms. Certain technical, security, fraud prevention, operational, and aggregated analytics may be collected as necessary to provide, improve, secure, and monetize the App.
We currently use services such as Google Analytics and similar analytics providers to support these functions.
1.3 Location Information
Salatio may collect precise GPS location to provide location-based features, including mosque proximity, halal restaurant proximity, nearby vendor results, location-based recommendations, accurate prayer times, route-related suggestions, trip features, and map-related services.
Location access is optional. If you deny location access, you may still use the App’s default features, but some location-based features may not work properly.
While Using the App
When you grant location permission while using the App, Salatio may use your location to show nearby mosques, halal restaurants, vendors, prayer spaces, events, route options, and other location-based services.
Travel Mode and Background Location
Background location tracking is only activated if you explicitly enable “Travel Mode” and grant “Always” location permission through your device settings.
When Travel Mode is active, Salatio may collect location updates in the background to support trip-related features, route history, prayer-time alerts, nearby mosque or halal business alerts, smart notifications, and audio alerts during your trip.
Background location access stops when the trip is canceled or when the App is killed or closed. While Travel Mode is active, Salatio is designed to collect background location updates at efficient intervals, such as approximately every 1 kilometer or every 10 minutes, depending on device settings, operating system limitations, network conditions, and App functionality.
Location Syncing and Trip History
When the App is opened, Salatio may sync your location to our secure database only if there has been a significant change from your last recorded position.
If you use Travel Mode or trip-related features, Salatio may store travel routes, trip locations, and related trip history in our secure database to provide you with a history of your journeys and to support App features such as travel logs, route history, trip personalization, and related notifications.
You may manage location permissions at any time through your device settings. Disabling location permissions may limit or disable certain App features, including Travel Mode, nearby search, route-based recommendations, prayer-time location accuracy, and trip history features.
1.4 Map, Search, and Navigation Information
We use the Google Maps API to show maps and search results inside the App.
For A→B directions, the App deep-links to Google Maps at which point Google's privacy policy applies.

Although Salatio provides mosque, prayer-time, and halal-lifestyle features, we do not use your activity in the App to infer, classify, or create a profile about your religious beliefs, level of religious practice, or sensitive personal characteristics.
